Cake Break is a deliciously simple way of raising money to support people affected by MS.

All you need to do is gather a group of friends, family or members of your community, provide cakes and refreshments and watch as the plates empty and the donation box fills.

This years Cake Break is being supported by celebrity chefs the Hairy Bikers who are urging people to indulge in a sweet treat in aid of the MS Society. To find out more about why the Hairy Bikers are supporting the MS Society and Cake Break, click on the transcript of a recent interview with Dave Myers.
